Step 1: Eligibility Screen – Basic Details: "PAN Date of Birth (DOB) Email Company Name Employment Type (Salaried) Net Monthly Salary Pincode (auto-detect State & City) Gender" 

 

Step 2: eKYC Flow (Mandatory): "User completes Aadhaar-based digital KYC verification to confirm identity." 

 

Step 3: Selfie Verification (Mandatory): "Liveliness Score ≥ 70% Selfie Match with eKYC Data ≥ 70%" 

 

Step 4: Bank Statement Fetch (Conditional): "Required only for Enhanced and PTB (Pre-Top-up / Pre-Approved To Borrow) cases." 

 

Step 5: Residence Verification (Conditional): "Only required if customer’s address is NOT within 25 km from supported service locations." 

 

Step 6: Reference Screen (Mandatory): "User must provide required reference contact details." 

 

Step 7: Bank Details (Mandatory): "Bank Account Number IFSC Code Account Holder Name Used for disbursement & auto-debit mandate." 

 

Step 8: Application Generated: "Final application is created and submitted for lender evaluation, followed by approval & disbursement process."
