Application Process
- Recommend the HDFC Bank credit card to your potential customers.
- Open the product option and share the link with customers through WhatsApp, SMS, or other platforms.
- Ask your customer to click on the link shared by you and fill in the required details like name, mobile number, email ID, and pincode and click on ‘Start journey now’.
- The customer will be redirected to the application page of the HDFC credit card and has to begin the application process by filling out the necessary details.
- The customer has to click on the “Apply Online” button to proceed.
- Enter name, gender, DOB and email along with the company name and designation.
- Click on “Check Best Offers”.
- Wait as the page takes a few seconds to show the best offers. The offer will be assessed on the basis of Bureau.
- If a customer is not eligible for any credit card offers by the Bureau, they have to upload income proof for evaluation.
- Click on “Continue” to manually upload documents.
- Salaried individuals have to upload bank statements for the last 6 months or 3 months payslips.
- Self-employed applicants have to upload the ITR for the last 3 years with computation of income.
- The offer page will display available credit card offers as per customer’s eligibility.
- Customers can click on “More benefits” to know all the features, benefits, and charges of the card.
- Click on “Get the card” to apply for the desired card.
- Enter the office address and click “Continue”.
- Enter income details and CKYC number.
- Now the customer will be provided with the option to complete their KYC through three modes: Video KYC, Biometric KYC, or by uploading documents.
- If a customer opts for video KYC, they will be redirected to the link for the same.
- Video KYC is now available from Morning 10am to 12 Midnight on all days including Sundays.
- The customer now has to give consent for using Aadhaar information for KYC purposes.
- Click on “Proceed to KYC” and enter the OTP received on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- On the next page, confirm the mailing address.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on “Submit and Verify”.
- Click on “Start Video KYC Now”.
- If the customer opts for the Upload Documents option, they will be redirected to the page for uploading documents.
- The customer can choose the document they would like to upload.
- After that, the customer can upload that document.
Documents Required
- Proof of Identity: PAN card. Voter ID card. Passport.
- Proof of Address: Aadhaar Card. Passport. Latest utility bills (not older than 3 months from the date of application)
