Application Process

Share "Navi UPI" link to your customers (friends/family/network).

Customer enters Name, Mobile Number & Email ID on your shared page.

️ Important: The mobile number entered here must match the number used to create Navi UPI ID.

Customer redirect to the Play Store or App Store to download & Install the Navi App.

1. Sign Up / Log In

Register using your mobile number (must be linked to your bank account).
 

2. Go to UPI Section
Tap on the ‘UPI’ or ‘Payments’ section on the homepage.
 

3. Select Your Bank
Choose your bank from the list of supported banks.

4. Verify Mobile Number
An SMS will be sent from your device to verify the number linked to your bank.

5. Create UPI ID
Navi will auto-generate a UPI ID (e.g., yourname@navimoney).

6. Set UPI PIN
Enter the last 6 digits and expiry date of your debit card to create a 4/6-digit UPI PIN.

7. Ready to Use!
You can now start sending/receiving money, scanning QR codes, or paying bills using your Navi UPI ID.

Important Points:

UPI created using Payments Banks (NSDL, Airtel, Jio, FINO, India Post, etc.) will NOT be counted for payout.

You are eligible for the payout only when the customer uses the Navi app to make any of the following payments via UPI within 7 days of account opening:

A. Scan & Pay: Perform a First transaction of min 310 by scanning any QR Code.

B. Recharge or Bill Payments: Complete any recharge of bill payment (excluding Fastag and Deals) on Navi App.

Customer must be 18 years or older.

Customer must complete the entire process in one go (no breaks or switching devices).

The mobile number used in the Navi app should be the same as entered on your lead page.
